This original inner city tie factory was converted to a residence. Our clients’ brief, who recently returned from living in New York, was that this townhouse should have a New York loft look and feel.

The dilapidated old building, with its sharp angular shape, was transformed (not without a few site specific site challenges!) into a luxurious, yet quirky, home.

The relaxed and light filled interiors offer a tranquil sanctuary from the busy and energetic city life.
